A few hours after the Met Gala got underway, this year, MMA fighter Jake Shields joined in on the phenomenon by delivering a 'Jada Joke' of his own. The former UFC competitor added a creative twist to his wisecrack by including a jab at the Mayor of New York City, Eric Adams.
Mayor Adams attended the illustrious event wearing a colorful blazer with a message about anti-gun violence. When photos of the politician began to circulate on social media, Shields got a hold of a few shots and decided to repost them with a caption that compared his bald head to the noggin of Jada Smith.
"Jada Pinkett Smith is looking stunning at the Met Gala," Shields tweeted.
