In lieu of a recent plea deal, Brooklyn-based rapper Casanova will not face murder charges in the federal case that has been levied against him. However, because the 35-year-old pleaded guilty to crimes related to drug dealing and robbery, he could still face a prison sentence that carries a five-year minimum. But in the event the "Set Trippin" rapper has to endure a long prison bid, he will be separated from his wife, Swaggy Jazzy, for quite some time. To that, the couple recently took to Instagram to share their thoughts on the way in which this legal matter has played out.

First, Casanova sent out a message via IG stories saying, "The system is crazy they had me in the box for four months for no reason probably so I can take this plea. As soon as I copped out they moved me straight from court to Essex County without my knowledge and without any of my property, legal work or nothing SMH this is crazy."

Swaggy Jazzy (aka Jasmere Corbett) reaffirmed that notion with a touching message of her own by writing, "Hope for the best… Prepared for the worst...However it come just know that we ready! …..Back to the basics, me and you in the courtroom….. I love you baby...It’s free [Casanova] til he free."
