A former Florida substitute teacher was recently arrested for allegedly offering teen girls vapes and drugs in exchange for sex.
Enreeka Nalasco, 32, was arrested last week on charges including human trafficking, traveling to meet a minor, certain uses of computer services or devices prohibited, unlawful use of a communications device, and contributing to the delinquency of a child.
Nalasco was placed under investigation after girls at Nautilus Middle School were in possession of illicit drugs and vape pens. According to some of Nalasco's alleged victims, the substitute would accept sexual favors in lieu of cash payment.
“Miami-Dade County Public Schools is deeply disturbed by the troubling allegations made against this former employee,” said the school district in a statement. “This individual has not been employed with M-DCPS since 2018 and is precluded from seeking future employment with this District.”
