Canibus took the high road in his feud with Pete Rock by making the first comments he made about the rift all about love.
“When you don’t know what’s going on, you gotta be quiet,” Canibus said regarding the Pete Rock situation. He went onto say that he doesn't have any beef with the legendary producer. Canibus explained how it's always been love between the two prior to the latest misunderstanding. “Its always been respectful,” he said. “Last time I saw Pete Rock, it was hugs.”
Ultimately, Canibus seems to want to put whatever this was behind them. “Pete, I love you man and that’s on my heart beat.”
