The Greenwood native addresses some of the struggles that he faced as a cornerback during his first two seasons with the Carolina Panthers. As the discussion moves along, he shares details about his workout regimen and the way in which he improved his study habits. The Greenwood native talks about his one-on-one matchup with his former teammate, Steve Smith, during his third season with the Panthers. He cites that game against the Baltimore Ravens as the turning point in his career.
Later in the clip, Josh Norman details the Carolina Panthers' magical 15-1 season back in 2015, before looking back on an infamous scuffle that he had with the team's MVP that year, Cam Newton. He talks about the conversation that they had after the fight and how it helped propel them to excel during the regular season as a team. He also talks about a technique that he developed that would help garner All-Pro honors that year.
