Young Thug and many members of YSL were arrested for violating RICO. Among those detained was Gunna, and the rising star reportedly was denied bond after a judge on the case said he was put in a “command” role within the crew. Many have been speaking out about Gunna’s current situation, with rappers and other entertainers coming out to support the “Drip or Drown” rapper.
Among those who have shown support is Roddy Ricch. Via Instagram, Roddy posted to his Instagram story and pleaded for Gunna’s freedom, saying, “Free @gunna.” He continued saying, “We miss you out here, champ. Mom's praying 4 U.”
