In this clip, Aries Spears and Gerard Guillory opened up their inaugural podcast episode of 2NWO (2 N***as with Opinions) with commentary on the rift between DL Hughley and Mo'Nique. They agreed that there is a deep level of discrimination that black women are particularly subjected to in comedy but added that Mo'Nique does need to hold herself accountable for some of the things that have gone wrong in her career post-Oscars.
