On the heels of Forbes announcing that LeBron James has crossed the billionaire threshold, the 4x NBA FInals MVP opened up about his desire to be an NBA team owner and already knows what city he'd like to bring a franchise.

"I want a team in Vegas," James said during the latest episode of The Shop. This shouldn't be a surprise considering just last season LeBron said his "goal is to own an NBA franchise," adding, "and it will be sooner than later."

James is already a part-owner in Liverpool FC and the Boston Red Sox, but would have to be retired from the NBA before he can begin the process of acquiring a franchise. He'd also need the NBA to expand to Las Vegas to accommodate the move. But it's not something commissioner Adam SIlver has been mulling over.

"We are not discussing that at this time," Silver said. "As I said before, at some point, this league invariably will expand, but it's not at this moment that we are discussing it."

LeBron also expressed interest in a possible media spot after hearing the dollar figures floating around for Tom Brady's post-playing career.
