Drake recently dropped his album ‘Honestly, Nevermind’, and many have weighed in on the project. The 52-minute found fans puzzled while others have embraced the change in sound for the Canadian rap powerhouse. Now, Fake Drake, or Izzy, has found a way to congratulate the rapper he’s been emulating at shows and nightclubs.
Via Instagram, Izzy shared a video of himself hopping on FaceTime, saying he was going to congratulate the rap star. While it seemed as if no one was going to answer at first, Drake appeared on the screen under a blue light and began to chat it up with the look-a-like. Izzy gave Drake props on the new project, then seemingly confirmed he may be featured on a real Drake record in the future. Drake went on to confirm they had something in the works. The caption of Izzy’s post said, “NOBODY BELIEVED GOD DID, DRAKE DID.” Watch above.
