Update 06/20/2022 1:53pm:

About five weeks after filing an emergency protection order against Rajon Rondo (which meant that he had to stay at least 500 ft away from her at all times), it appears as though Ashley Bachelor and the father of her two children have reached an agreement, thus clearing the way for the dismissal of the domestic violence petition. A judge made the ruling official on June 16th.

According to reports, a 36-year-old woman named Ashley Bachelor recently filed for an emergency protective order against Rajon Rondo, after the two-time NBA champion allegedly pulled a gun on her in front of their two children.

The incident took place last week at their home in Louisville, Kentucky when an argument ensued between the two former partners. Rondo reportedly became so angry during the verbal spat that he began to lash out and destroy several items inside their property. When Bachelor tried to deescalate the situation, Rondo reportedly said to her, "You're dead." He then left the premises and returned 15 minutes later with a gun, as he began to bang on the back window, demanding for Bachelor to bring his children to him. This all happened on May 11th and Bachelor filed a protective order with a judge two days later.

“I am extremely fearful for my safety and for the safety of my children. Rajon has a history of volatile, erratic, explosive behavior,” Bachelor said. “He is verbally, emotionally, and financially abusive…Rajon has made several threats on my life, saying at various times he will shoot me or shoot up my car.”

The judge heeded Bachelor's request and granted her the protective order that she asked for.
