Speaking from jail, Casanova reached out to Lil Tjay following the news that the rapper was wounded in a shooting in Edgewater, NJ during the early morning hours.
While issuing some words of encouragement, Casanova also advised Tjay to pick up a bullet proof vest to ensure his safety moving forward.
At the moment, there is still little to no information being disclosed about the motive behind the shooting and who Tjay's assailants might be. Authorities in New Jersey are continuing to investigate the situation.
