The alleged shooter in the Lil Tjay incident was identified as Mohamed Konate, 27, of New York City. Konate was arrested on Wednesday and was awaiting extradition to New Jersey where the shooting took place.
Konate's mugshot has since surfaced and he has been charged with first-degree attempted murder among several other charges.
