Previously, a judge reportedly allowed YNW Melly’s tattoos to be used as evidence of gang affiliation. Along with that, the rapper’s phone privileges were revoked. Now, prosecutors in the case put forth a shocking allegation, claiming Melly “authorized” a hit on his mother.
Alleged paperwork surfaced showing prosecutors making a claim against Melly. When asked if they thought Melly commissioned any crime, the response was “Yes. If you read his phone, there’s narcotics trafficking, and firearms violations authorizing the killing of his mother. Those are the things that you would consider ‘authorizing.’” Take a look above.
