Amin Joseph came through for his first-ever VladTV interview, where he spoke about playing Jerome on “Snowfall,” and he started off speaking about his origin story growing up in Far Rockaway, Queens. Amin then revealed that he aspired to be an actor after realizing that he wasn’t going to go pro in sports, and after getting an internship at the Apollo Theater, Amin worked various jobs at the famed venue that inspired him to act. After landing a commercial, Amin went on to go to college, and he spoke about making his film debut in “Rage and Discipline.” Moving along, Amin spoke about being in the film reboot of “Baywatch” with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, and he went on to detail being in “The Expendables” with Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Willis, and Schwarzenegger. During the conversation, Amin detailed his last conversation with Michael K. Williams, who he worked with on “The Gambler,” and he also spoke about doing the movie “Dope.” From there, Amin discussed auditioning for “Snowfall,” and Amin also spoke about his relationship with John Singleton.
