According to TMZ, rapper Lil Tjay is making "significant progress" after the near fatal shooting he was a victim of in New Jersey.
While Lil Tjay remains in the hospital, he is alert and even speaking on his own. Sources say Lil Tjay was shot in the chest and neck area but is now able to communicate and no longer needs assistance from a breathing machine.
