News previously surfaced noting NBA Youngboy wasn’t re-signing with Atlantic Records, even after the label offered him $25 million. Since then, alleged text messages showed the rapper saying he was retiring after he dropped his next album in August. However, the rapper has now taken to social media to clear up the alleged messages.
The alleged messages from Youngboy said, “Say I ain't fw this rap sh*t no mo, after this album, I'm done as long as my family str8, ima be good 4 life.” Via a new message posted by the rapper, he said, “Don’t do fake promo on me I never said that. After August I’m dropping again.” Take a look above.
