In this clip, Herman "Cowboy" Douglas recounted Nipsey Hussle struggling to stay alive after being shot by Eric Holder in 2019. Cowboy described how Nipsey tried sitting up and attempted to talk. Cowboy said Nipsey appeared to be nodding off which was likely the fallen rapper slipping out of consciousness.
