In this clip, De'Aundre Bonds opened up to Shirley Ju about finding out about "Snowfall" while he was in prison, and he added that he had stayed in touch with the show's creator, John Singleton, while he was in prison. De'Aundre explained that after serving a 9-year sentence in 2011, he was sent back on a parole violation for carrying a kitchen knife after being pulled over. De'Aundre then responded to questions about hooking up in prison, which he said he did with visitors, and he added that he also flirted with female guards and kissed a nurse.
