Back in February, boxing great Floyd Mayweather Jr. appeared on an episode of The Pivot, and one of the topics he discussed was his love for NBA Youngboy, the father of his grandson.
“I’m proud of [NBA Youngboy], a very, very talented young kid. One of the biggest artists as far as in music. He’s got a cult-like following. I look at him just like one of my sons. I only want the best for him.”
The man who was once the highest-paid athlete in the world stayed true to his word and showed up to support NBA Young Boy during his recent courtroom hearing (a Federal gun case) in Los Angeles. A photo recently surfaced of Floyd Mayweather with his arm around NBA Youngboy after the first day of his trial. That wasn't the only good news of the day for NBA Youngboy, as he also learned that his rap lyrics would be thrown out as evidence for his current trial.
