Over the past decade, various rappers such as Lil Peep, iLOVEMAKONNEN, Taylor Bennett, Lil Nas X, and Isaiah Rashad have come out as gay or bisexual. Initially, their revelations were met with a fair amount of hatred, but over the years, hip hop and society, in general, have become a lot more open to the notion that their favorite emcee might have a sexual orientation/identity that deviates from traditional standards. Four months ago (on the night of the Super Bowl), the former Gucci Mane artist Lil Wop came out as bisexual. He did so in an Instagram post while wearing a white crop top that fully exposed his belly. The 26-year-old recently sat down with SAY CHEESE! to add context to the reason why he chose to reveal his sexuality in that manner. He also went on to explain exactly what he prefers in the bedroom.

"I was just saying how I feel, for real, on some real sh*t," Lil Wop said. "Don't get me wrong, I ain't out here sucking on d*ck and getting f*cked in the a*s or no sh*t like that. You feel what I'm saying? I'm make a n*gga my b*tch quick, like I don't give no f*cks. I ain't out here looking at motherf*ckas like yeah I want him...nah..I got a certain type. I like trans, transgender shit like that. I like feminte cause I'm masuline so I'm a motherf*cking king. I come from kings and royalty. I like power!"
