Shaggy came through for his first-ever VladTV interview, where he started out speaking to Shirley Ju about growing up in Kingston, Jamaica in an area called Rae Town. As a kid, Shaggy spoke about seeing the artist Yellowman perform and knowing that he wanted to be an artist from that point forward.
