In this clip, Herman ‘Cowboy’ Douglas discussed the different people who were called to take the stand, including Kerry Lathan who was one of the victims of the shooting. However, Lathan decided against testifying against Holder in court to which Cowboy thought was the right decision. He said that he didn’t expect anyone to testify like he did because that would be breaking the code. Cowboy explained why he felt obligated to testify despite the “code.”
