Three years ago, Kodak Black famously called Lil Wayne a "F*cking Maggot" while on stage. A few months later, he upset a litany of rappers and DJs across America by seemingly shooting his shot at Lauren London in the wake of Nipsey Hussle's untimely Death. A combination of these incidents and a slew of legal troubles, which included a rape charge, made him one of the most disliked figures in hip hop for a short while. But after the Jacksonville native was pardoned by former U.S. President Doland Trump back in 2021, the "Super Gremlin" rapper began to repair his image through a series of good deeds such as turkey drives for the holiday season and air conditioner giveaways in the heat of the Florida Summer. Hence, he slowly but surely became one of the most well-liked artists in the rap game. During this time, his legal troubles began to fall by the wayside. In fact, since being pardoned by Donald Trump, Kodak Black has only been arrested once, which was back in January of 2022.

Unfortunately, Kodak Black's admirable streak of good behavior appears to have come to a halt as it is being reported that he was arrested today, shortly after landing in his native state of Florida. To be fair, the reason for his arrest has not been revealed yet, nor have the charges, but a lasting image of him being apprehended by the Florida Highway Patrol has already begun to make its rounds on social media.
