DJ Vlad starts this clip off by briefing Michael Franzese on the murder charge that KSOO is facing and the "accessory to murder, after the fact" charge that his father is facing as a direct result. This brought up a discussion about the time when Michael's younger brother (John Franzese Jr.) testified against their father (which led to his imprisonment at the age of 93) and how it derailed their relationship for many years. From there, DJ Vlad hits Franzese with a very interesting hypothetical question: If one of your sons murdered someone and approached you for help, what would you do? To that, the New York native stated that he would help his son and that he would never testify against his own kid, even if his son didn't say anything to law enforcement that could help absolve him from the matter.
