Lil Baby teamed up with friend and restauranteur Lemont Bradley to provide 100 jobs to people in the Metro-Atlanta area, with their specific focus on people under the age of 21. The initiative is aimed at younger people in the city as a means of creating a positive outlet for people on the hunt for income.

Bradley and Lil Baby released a joint statement on their move, saying, “We are looking to give out 100 jobs to teenagers and young adults in the metro Atlanta [area].” They continued, “With the crime rate surrounding scams, robbery, and even murder being so high, we are looking to provide a positive outlet and revenue stream to those looking for an income.”

Bradley recently opened Clutch Restaurant and is looking to fill positions for dishwashers, line cooks, waiters, and bartenders. He also has positions open at his other two ventures—Auto Spa Bistro and Eco Car Spa. The two friends' statement continued, “We are so excited about this initiative. Of course, we are looking forward to helping boost the city’s economy but we are really focused on lowering the city’s crime rate.”
