Previously, Snoop Dogg was accused of sexual assault by a woman who identified herself as “Jane Doe.” The lawsuit ended up being dismissed earlier this year. Now, Jane Doe has revived her lawsuit against Snoop.

In February 2022, the lawsuit against Snoop Dogg was filed by Jane Doe, and also included Don “Magic” Juan for an alleged incident that went down following a Snoop concert in Anaheim, California on May 29, 2013. The lawsuit was dismissed after Snoop and his legal team filed, saying the allegations were “implausible and false.”

Since then, Jane Doe’s legal team has resubmitted to a California district court. Along with the previous sexual assault and sexual battery claims, Jane Doe claims Snoop used social media to make threats against her. The accuser’s legal team claims Snoop used Instagram to “threaten, intimidate, and coerce Plaintiff into not exercising her constitutional rights to engage in a mediation.” The lawsuit reportedly included a now-deleted Instagram post where Snoop said, “Gold digger season is here be careful Nefews keep ya guards up.”

Snoop’s legal team spoke to Rolling Stone and said, “the complaint refiled today against Snoop Dogg by ‘Jane Doe’ and her attorney is meritless. It follows Jane Doe’s attorney’s voluntarily dismissing just a few months ago her previous complaint on the alleged matter. He also dismissed an earlier complaint – this is the third try.”
