Kendrick Lamar’s ‘Big Steppers Tour’ has been going down, and Baby Keem has been accompanying the rapper. The music Kendrick dropped has been so impactful that it sparked a viral moment that found a security guard crying while Lamar performed his track “Love.” Now, Kendrick has addressed the moment. 

While speaking with Jazzy’s World TV, the rapper was asked about people expressing emotion while hearing his music. The rapper said, “It’s really just about the feeling of it at the end of the day. Past all the politics, past all the numbers. It’s what music makes you feel, how it makes you feel. So to see that … And shout-out to him by the way, because I seen him, bro. I was like, man, I wonder what he going through? But at the end of the day that’s how you want everybody to perceive your music.” Watch above.

Kendrick Lamar has found himself on tour for his latest album ‘Mr. Morale and The Big Steppers.’ At most of his concerts and performances, the rapper usually says or does something to get the packed crowd thinking or in their feelings. During a recent stop on Kendrick’s tour, the rapper’s word was so powerful that he caught the attention of a security guard. 

Video footage shows Kendrick Lamar performing while on a stage that was elevated. Below, the footage shows a security guard seemingly moved by what Lamar was doing on stage. At one point, the security guard could be seen wiping tears from his eyes. The guard ended up getting himself together to sing the rest of Lamar’s song “Love” from his 2017 album ‘DAMN.’ Watch above.
