This past week, comedian Teddy Ray was revealed to have passed away at 32. The cause of death wasn’t disclosed, but reports surfaced noting how the rising star passed.
The Riverside County Sheriff’s office spoke to TMZ, saying they responded to a call this past Friday morning around 10 AM from a private residence in Rancho Mirage. They noted a maintenance worker reported finding a man floating in the swimming pool of the property, who was later determined to be Teddy.
Upon arriving on-site, the police found Teddy Ray dead in the pool. The police say there was no sign of foul play, and they don’t know whose pool it was the comedian drowned in. Investigators said they are awaiting results from the autopsy of the comedian before determining the official cause of death. The comedian was known for appearances he made on television, including ‘Wild ’n Out’ and MTV’s ‘Messyness.’ Stay tuned for more updates.
