Monkeypox has become a global dilemma with an assortment of horrific tales from patients from all over the world who have endured the infectious virus. A 40-year-old man in Germany is currently immersed in a case so dreadful that he practically trounces the symptoms of his medical contemporaries around the world. According to reports, he recently visited his general practitioner in hopes of gaining a better understanding of what he believed was a "sunburn" on his nose. Initially, his concerns were considered minor, but within three days of his doctor's visit, his health started to fade inexplicably, and the "sunburn" on his nose turned black. In the days that followed, white spots full of pus emerged all over his body. So, the 40-year-old went back to the doctor's office, and upon further review, a PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) test revealed that he had monkeypox.

The bad news didn't stop there, the cell sample also indicated that had an undiagnosed case of HIV and syphilis. Up until that point, he had never been tested for an STI ever in his life. After his second doctor's visit, he was given antiretroviral pills to treat HIV and ceftriaxone to combat his infection syphilis. The lesions have dried up and fallen off, but the nose never healed properly. His doctors have not given the public an update since the last revelation about their patient.
