Last Friday, Sheriff Deputies in Oklahoma arrived at the home of Rachel Zion Clay (36) to perform a wellness check for her safety. When law enforcement arrived at Clay's home, they found her crawling around, barking like a dog. So, she was temporarily detained and placed in the back of a patrol car for erratic behavior. With the belief their suspect had been secured, the Sheriff's Deputies shifted their attention to a bystander to gain more information about the incident. And that's when the crafty captor when to work. After wiggling herself free from her handcuffs, the unattended woman then reached up and flipped a switch that unlocked an AR-15. With a gun in her possession, Clay poked the weapon out the patrol car window and opened fire on the deputies and the witness; bullets hit the cop and the bystander.

"Ouch! Ouch motherf*cker I'm hit!" The Witness shouted.

"I need back up immediately, we got a civilian hit!" The Deputy exclaimed as he held a walkie-talkie near his mouth.

"What the heck? Did she get out of her cuffs?" Said the Deputy to the bystander as they both hid behind the patrol car.

Ironically enough, Clay was not under arrest before the shooting, but after this hour standoff, she was charged with three counts of shooting with the intent to kill. As of now, Clay has yet to enter a plea to the aforementioned charges; she is currently being held at the Grady County Jail.
