This past Friday, Quando Rondo and his crew were shot at while in West Hollywood, resulting in the death of 23-year-old Lul Pab. Reports claimed Quando Rondo was shot in the incident, a claim denied by a rep for the rapper. However, police say Rondo was the intended target in the fatal shooting.
Fox 11 News noted investigators in the matter said the three suspects missed the rapper in the shooting and ended up killing another person in the back of the black Cadillac Escalade they were riding in.
LAPD Lt. John Radke spoke on the matter, saying, “We don't know why or how this happened, all we know is that the victim's vehicle, they pulled up, they were pumping gas, and it looks like they probably finished pumping gas and the suspects approached from the alley, got out of the car and started shooting at those victims.” Watch above.

Reports previously surfaced saying rapper Quando Rondo was shot along with his friend Lul Pab, who was fatally wounded. Now, a representative for Quando Rondo confirmed the rapper was involved in a shooting in Los Angeles but didn’t suffer any injuries.
While speaking to XXL, the representative said, “Quando was involved in a shooting yesterday evening [Friday], which resulted in the untimely death of another young man’s life; he himself didn’t sustain any injuries during the shooting and is safe.” Stay tuned for more updates.
