In this clip, Miguel A. Núñez Jr. spoke to Luenell about being nicknamed “Hollywood,” which he said came from him wanting to be an actor and wearing a jean jacket with “Hollywood” handwritten on the back. Miguel then revealed that he took the check from his first job, which was $127, to get to Hollywood, and he went on to detail how he got a bus ticket to Los Angeles. When asked about his first role, Miguel explained how he met a man on the bus, who told him about auditioning for roles. Miguel went on to speak about landing the lead in a commercial, which led to him getting an agent, and Miguel spoke about landing most of the auditions that he went on. Miguel then spoke about his process for auditions to stand out, and he revealed that it’s adding “a little something” to make casting agents remember you. Moving along, Miguel spoke about sleeping on a park bench on Skid Row and later going to a shelter.
