As 2022 nears its conclusion, Freddie Gibbs continues to rack up high-profile quarrels with fellow hip-hop celebrities. Earlier in the year, his feud with DJ Akademiks heated up on social media, while his beef with Jim Jones culminated with a fist fight in Miami. This time around, the Gary, Indiana native seems to have garnered a spat with his former collaborator, Benny The Butcher. Their dilemma reportedly stems from a "chain snatching incident" in Houston, Texas, back in March when Benny The Butcher got robbed of his jewelry, and Gibbs mocked him for it. It didn't take long for the Griselda rapper to exact revenge on Gibbs, because he too, had his chain snatched after he was jumped in Benny's hometown of Buffalo during the Spring. Gibbs' stolen chain ended up in Benny The Butcher's possession, where it remains. The "Johnny P's Caddy" emcee recently showed off one of the latest additions to his jewelry collection with a video snipped on Instagram.

In response to the video, Freddie Gibbs unleashed a bevy of insults at his rival via IG stories, challenging his manhood and indicating that he doesn't deserve to have his chain because he didn't earn it during their physical altercation back in the Spring.

"Benny gay a*s need to stop flexing because he was there and didn't throw a punch," Gibbs wrote. "Hoe ass n**as did all that brought a cameraman and all for promo. Still can't pack a room," he said. "Go head rap about me so I can start talking about these sealed plea agreements and sh*t."
