In 2017, actor Charlie Sheen was hit with a lawsuit by his ex-girlfriend for allegedly exposing her to HIV. The woman, who identified as Jane Doe claimed that Sheen had unprotected sex with her before he revealed his health status. Sheen fired back by saying he did reveal his HIV-positive status ahead of time and also that the woman was a “hooker” who signed an NDA before they got busy. Now, Sheen has settled the case in 2017.
Legal documents filed this past Wednesday at Los Angeles County Superior Court say Sheen agreed to settle with Jane Doe for $120,000, which will be given to her in $10,000 installments each month over the next year.

Charlie Sheen is fighting back against his ex-girlfriend who's suing him for exposure to HIV. The woman, identified as Jane Doe, filed a lawsuit last summer claiming that Sheen had unprotected sex with her prior to revealing his status.
However, Sheen claims that the woman was aware that he was HIV positive. Sheen also says that the woman was a "hooker" and signed an NDA before they had sex. The former Two and a Half Men actor was diagnosed as HIV positive around 2011, but did not reveal that information publicly until November 2015.
