In this clip, Gilbert Arenas continued to speak about Bill Russell, and he believes that they should've retired Russell's number before his passing. Gilbert explained that the ceremony would've been more impactful while Russell was alive, which led to him explaining why Michael Jordan's number 23 should also be retired. Gilbert added that although LeBron and Anthony Davis have rocked the number 23, it should be retired.
