In this clip, legendary record producer/songwriter Teddy Riley looks back on what life was like for the members of Guy after the success of their self-titled debut album and first tour. He reveals that they were illegally squatting in houses that their former executive producer, Gene Griffin procured for them. As the discussion moves along, Riley also shares with the VladTV viewers that Aaron Hall initially blamed him for the group's financial troubles, alleging that he had been colluding with Gene Griffin, but he wasn't. Then, Riley said that Griffin had been conducting business in an unprofessional manner until their road manager, Frank, informed them about what was really going on. Unfortunately, Frank began to extort Riley. So, Riley enlisted the help of his old friends Alpo and Rich Porter for assurance. Lastly, Riley talks about the moment when he and his mother finally reached a boiling point with Frank over the money that he was owed for making so many hit records.
