In this clip, Dan Perlman, co-creator of SHOWTIME’s “Flatbush misdemeanors, spoke about he and Kevin Iso started shopping around the script, which didn’t take off. Dan then revealed that he shot the show on his own and put it online as a 15-minute short that started doing well at film festivals. After speaking about the name of the show, Dan detailed how the short won awards and Dan explained how the short was able to set itself apart.
