According to reports, rapper OhGeesy was arrested this past weekend in Burbank, CA after police pulled over his car, citing expired tags and excessively tinted windows.
Authorities say they discovered a bottle of codeine on OhGeesy's person as he sat in the backseat. The driver was also unlicensed which prompted a search of the vehicle. During the search, cops found a loaded gun and charged everyone in the car with possession since no one came forward to claim it.
OhGeesy's attorney issued the following statement in wake of the recent events:
"Although it has been reported that a single firearm was recovered from a bag in the front passenger area, the officers arrested all 5 occupants. We look forward to our day in court…assuming this makes it to the front steps of the building."
