With a professional record of 19-3, Paddy "The Baddy" Pimblett is one of the most riveting fighters in UFC's lightweight division. The 27-year-old MMA fighter from the UK has won his last two UFC fights by way of submission. So, naturally, when he showed up at the Marine Corps base known as Camp Pendleton to lecture the young U.S. troops about mental health, a slew of MMA exhibition matches broke out, prompting Pimblett to face off against a gauntlet of eager challengers.
Video footage from Pimblett's visit at Camp Pendleton shows the UFC fighter defeat 10 marines in a row via submission. The outcome didn't appear to surprise Pimblett, but the impromptu wrestling matches admittingly caught him off guard.
“I have the balance of a ballerina but the weight of a f*cking sumo wrestler,” Pimblett, who was beet red and sweaty, joked after the fights. “What the f*ck, boys. I’m meant to be doing a three-mile run today, it’s not happening now.”
Pimblett uploaded footage of him grappling with members of the marines yesterday and titled it "Paddy the Baddy Takes On The Marines!" The video has already garnered over 2 million views.
