In this clip, Michael Thompson talked about his post-prison life after spending 45 years locked away. He explained why he spent an additional 35 years in prison despite cooperating in several cases but said the fact that he used discretion in which cases he participated and which he didn’t draw the ire of law enforcement, so much so that Thompson said they tried setting him up to take his life. Later, he opened up about dealing with sensory overload since being released from prison, and how he copes with the PTSD he’s undoubtedly had from his time in prison.
