Tyrese previously fired off a social media post directed at his ex-wife Samantha, saying “15 blatant lies under penalty of perjury. Drug my name and reputation in the mud. And drug an unexpected divorce into 2 years.” Now, his ex has reportedly hit him with a cease and desist.
The singer addressed the notice via a video, and in the caption, he wrote: “I just got a [CEASE] and DESIST LETTER FROM SAMANTHA'S attorney... I guess I got another GAG ORDER.”
In the video, Tyrese spoke on his ex allegedly lying and wanting to benefit from his success throughout his career. Along with that, Tyrese talked about contemplating suicide over losing his ex. “If my life was my wife and my family, and I don't have that anymore, what am I still here for?” said the singer. Tyrese has been wrapped up in a split from his ex-wife, resulting in the actor asking for joint custody of his daughter. Tyrese also noted he is not looking to pay spousal support in the divorce. Now, Tyrese has taken to social media to call out his ex-wife.
The actor hopped on Instagram and posted a video of someone slipping near rocks while waves from the ocean crashed against them, saying, “Samantha really thought she pulled it off… God don’t like ugly..” He continued by alleging his ex-wife lied to the courts, telling “15 blatant lies under penalty of perjury. Drug my name and reputation in the mud. And drug an unexpected divorce into 2 years.”
News of this comes after a judge yelled at Tyrese during a child support hearing, ultimately ruling the actor should pay his ex $10,000 per month in child support.
