Fetty Wap recently pleaded guilty in his conspiracy drug case. The rapper was hit with federal drug charges and is now facing at least five years in prison. The rapper pleaded guilty to one count of intent to distribute controlled substances, including fentanyl, heroin, and cocaine.

Fetty Wap has reportedly waived his right to appeal if sentenced to 10 years and a month or less. As of now, Fetty Wap has to wait a couple more months until he can find out how long his sentence will be. Court documents that surfaced noted Fetty will be facing sentencing on January 18, 2023

Previously, a judge revoked bond for Fetty Wap after reportedly violating the terms of his pretrial release. The “Trap Queen” rapper allegedly threatened to kill a person on FaceTime.

Previously, it was revealed that Fetty Wap was hit with federal drug charges, and now the rapper is reportedly going to be sentenced to at least five years in prison after pleading guilty. 

According to reports, Fetty Wap pleaded guilty to one count of intent to distribute controlled substances, including fentanyl, heroin, and cocaine. Fetty was previously arrested in October 2022. Robert Leonardi and Anthony Cyntje—co-defendants in the case, pled guilty to the same counts Fetty faced, along with firearms charges.

The rapper is estimated to face between 87 to 108 months and cannot get less than a five-year minimum. Fetty Wap reportedly has another case pending after the rapper allegedly made death threats during a Facetime call in December 2021.
