The storied offseason for Kevin Durant this year found the star basketball player being the prize of many teams’ eyes after he requested a trade from the Brooklyn Nets. Since then, Durant has been seen in a Nets jersey again and took time to explain what happened in the offseason and why he rescinded his request.
While speaking to the press, Durant talked about why he rescinded the request. “There was a lot of uncertainty around our team last year… We came to a mutual agreement that we should keep moving forward,” said Durant. The player was asked if there was another possibility of requesting a trade in the future, to which he gave an unclear answer. Watch above.
