Cardi B has been trying to collect the $3 million awarded to her ever since winning her libel case against blogger Tasha K. Following her loss, Tasha K claimed she didn't have the money, and a new report suggests the blogger may be telling the truth.

According to Radar Online, court documents claim JP Morgan Chase Bank contacted Cardi B and revealed that only $1,083.02 is in an account owned by Tasha and her company, Kebe Studios. While the rap star has tried collecting the $3 million owed to her from Tasha's bank account, Tasha requested last month for a judge to stop Cardi B from collecting on the money until her appeal is properly heard.

Cardi B's legal case against Tasha K stemmed from a series of YouTube videos where the media personality alleged that the "Bodak Yellow" star had Herpes, used hard drugs, and was once an escort. After presenting her medical records to disprove the allegation, a jury awarded Cardi B $1 million in general damages and $250,000 for medical expenses. In addition, Tasha K was ordered to pay the rapper $1.5 million in punitive damages and another $1.3 million for her lawyer fees.

Tasha K's appeal is still pending, and she's argued that Cardi B's collection efforts should be paused until the court has made a decision. While Cardi B and her attorneys have claimed Tasha has to put up a bond amount of $3.8 million for the appeal, a judge has not confirmed if Cardi has the right to collect from the blogger's bank accounts.
