In this clip, GMK spoke about Gucci Mane having a glow-up after being released from prison, and he explained that he read Gucci’s book when he first got locked up. GMK explained that he really enjoyed Gucci’s book, and he spoke about being inspired by Future. He spoke about understanding the creative process of recording after watching Future in the studio, and GMK stated that he’s stuck with that same process ever since. GMK added that Kodak Black is also inspiring regarding lyrics that set them apart from other rappers.
GMK also gave his take on PnB Rock’s untimely death and Kodak Black’s reaction by calling out PnB’s girlfriend for being the reason he died. Elsewhere in the clip, GMK spoke about meeting Yungeen Ace before he went to prison and how they reconnected when he got home. He also revealed that Yungeen Ace was a key reason he decided to move to Houston as he pursued his rap career.
