Earlier this year, Byron Allen was outbid for the ownership of the Denver Broncos. The NFL franchise was eventually sold to the 22nd richest person in the world, Rob Walton. Despite that, it looks like the year 2022 will end on a very high note for Bryon. He may not own the Denver Broncos, but Byron is now the proud new owner of a $100 million mansion in Malibu, California. The four-bedroom palatial estate sits atop 11,000 square feet in the exclusive Paradise Cove neighborhood. The home includes a home theater, a tennis court, a yoga studio, a gym, two guest houses, and a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean.
The whooping $100 million transaction makes it the richest deal in U.S. history for an African American purchaser. The previous record was held by Jay-Z and Beyonce, who spent $88 million for a mansion in Bel Air.
