In this clip, Fredro Starr shares his thoughts on A$AP Rocky's embarrassing mosh pit moment before declaring that Onyx started mosh pits in hip-hop and that they will soon be releasing a documentary about it. From there, Fredro reveals that he, too, had a scary moment in a mosh pit, and much like A$AP Rocky, he also had asked for help. Moving along, he talks about other mosh pit pioneers in hip hop, such as Cypress Hill and Rick Rubin (for creating the Rock-Rap sound), before stating his belief that mosh pits started with a punk rock group called Bad Brains.
