According to reports, Bay Area staple Mistah F.A.B. received the key to the city of Oakland.
The honor was bestowed upon the artist during the first annual Love Life Day in Oakland. Mistah F.A.B. went on to say “The mission statement is to spread love, even in the midst of the hate or the misplaced hate.” The rapper was presented the key by Mayor Libby Schaaf, who even showed love to Fab’s ‘DOPE Era’ brand.
Mistah F.A.B. continued by saying, “Through love, as we exhibit and we exude, we continue to make a difference. Even in the midst of all the violence, there is still beautiful moments. For every after-dark night is a bright day.” Watch above.
