Part 3: Katie Got Bandz on 5-Year-Old Eric Morse Killed By 10 & 11-Year-Old in Her Projects

In this clip, Katie Got Bandz opened up about her upbringing on the Southside of Chicago in the Ida B. Wells housing project. While appreciating her upbringing, Katie expressed some of the drawbacks. One was not having her father around, who was serving a prison sentence for murder and robbery, among other charges. She revealed he spent 27 years in prison before recently being released. Katie said that while she was forced to build a relationship with him behind a wall, now that he’s out, she has to learn from him on a different level.
