Reports surfaced noting that former NFL tight end Lance Kendricks was arrested for a DUI in Santa Monica this past weekend. Police said they found Kendricks passed out in the driver’s seat with the engine still running.
Santa Monica police officers were called around 2:15 am this past Sunday for a Ford Bronco seen swerving. Police say they made contact with Kendricks after finding him passed out.
Sources from the police say the former NFL player eventually woke up and was drunk. From there, sobriety tests were issued, and it was noted that he drove his vehicle while under the influence. After taking the breathalyzer, Kendricks blew over double the .08 legal limit. Kendricks was arrested with his bail was set at $5,000. He was released on the following Sunday.
